How to Report a Concern

If you have concerns about the safety or welfare of a child, please don't hesitate to report it. Your action could protect a child from harm.

What to include in your report:

  • Your name and contact details (if you wish to remain anonymous, this is also possible)
  • Details of the child or young person involved
  • What you have observed or heard
  • When and where the incident occurred
  • Any other relevant information
